6/23/08 - Book Review - iPhone: The Missing Manual

When I got my new iPhone, learning how to use it was a challenge.  (Confession:  I've never been able to figure out how to use my kids iPod...)  I was happy when Chris found "iPhone: The Missing Manual".  It takes you through each screen and function step-by-step, gives you handy shortcuts and generally shows you how to get the most out of your new toy (ahem.. business tool).  From taking pictures, to using the internet, to keeping track of your contacts, to just making a phone call, this is an indispensable book for an indispensable tool.  The author, David Pogue, is a columnist for the NY Times and has a great sense of humor.  This is not your ordinary user's manual.  This is a manual written for the average person, and doesn't assume you know how an iPhone is made in order to want to use it!
